Prudential Arizona Properties turns focus to needs of Hispanic housing market
Real estate firm introduces new Global Diversity Department
Scottsdale, Ariz.—In the Arizona housing market, the Hispanic population makes up 40 percent of buyers. With barriers in language, culture and immigration laws, this growing group of buyers face issues that require a specialized approach. Prudential Arizona Properties is introducing a Global Diversity Department to address the specialized needs of the Hispanic buying community under the direction of Grey Sehnert.
Sehnert has been with Prudential Arizona Properties since it began in 2001. She has an M.B.A. from Arizona State University and brings with her firsthand knowledge of the issues that Hispanic homebuyers face. Her goal with the new department is to educate and protect buyers.
According to Margaret Dixon, president of Prudential Arizona Properties, “Grey approached me with a vision and sincere concern for our Hispanic buyers. Prudential Arizona Properties is excited to introduce the Global Diversity Department and establish the support necessary to meet the needs of Arizona’s growing Hispanic community.”
The Global Diversity Department is divided into three teams concentrating on different aspects of the Hispanic market. The department covers immigration and family law, home inspection, financing and marketing, and provides specially trained sales associates and support staff.
Sehnert is looking for quality sales associates to join the new department. She is looking for associates with the ability to speak and understand Spanish. The Global Diversity Department will provide training to teach the new sales associates how to deal with legal issues and immigration.

The distinctive style and appearance of Camelback Fountains provides a serene and private community. Inviting water features, lush landscaping, and resort-style swimming pool and spa with recreational ramadas surround residents.
Pricing and buyers’ incentives add to the lure of these sought-after condos. Gilgosch says prices in the area range from $199,000 to over $500,000 for comparable properties. The Camelback Fountains are priced between $260,000 and $395,000, with buyers’ incentives up to $16,000.
